I have high praise for the ladies I worked with at Ivy Cottage. Kind, professional, and ready to go to great lenghts to make everything work out just the way you had hoped it would. I called from out of state to make a special order for a family member. Unfortunately I had the wrong address for my delivery. I discovered nothing was delivered to my cousin that evening when we talked. I was able to text with a very helpful employee, let her know, she contacted her Boss. The next day my cousin had a beautiful newplant. She loved it! I can't say enough good things about these ladies. I highly recommend this shop. Everyone working there will take excellent care of you and your orders! Thank you big time Ladies!
Hard working and affordable! Most of all he is very into every project and understands not every project is the same. I loved a bathroom he did and contacted to quote mine. I showed him the one I liked, he told me i think this and that and if I add this and that, I trusted in his judgment. I was suprised and amazed that I LOVED it more than the pic, beyond what I expected! We ❤️ our new bathroom!!!
