I've had two experiences with them. Both very positive. The first was they install a refurbished motherboard for a laptop In January. Great service and quick turn around. 5 months later the motherboard failed. They diagnosed the issue and i had them replace the bad motherboard warranty replacement motherboard. All in all a great exeperience. Patrick, Tyler and Sam were great. Prices are very reasonable.
