I’ve been going to this place for 2 years. Their eyebrow service is good but their chairs are extremely uncomfortable. They are taped as you can see in the picture!!!
The chair does not go up and down and al the chairs are essentially broken and has not been replaced for 2 years! I would continue to go if they atleast get some comfortable chairs !!!

Not satisfied with the older ladies on threading or tinting my eyebrows. The lady actually told me that I have to come another time for shaping. The name of the place is S.H.A.P.E.S??‍♀️ might I add, my last threading and tint were at this location. Very disappointed. I will drive to Pearland or Alvin before visiting this place again. They need more ladies to keep up with demand.

Stopped by to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted today after returning some items at Sephora. The young lady that did my eyebrows did a great job! She was also super courteous as well as quick. I appreciate that she told me how long she was going to leave the tint on instead of just leaving me there waiting and wondering. 10 minutes. I don't even think it actually took that long. My eyebrows looked perfect once she finished. Great shape, color and everything. Initially when I looked in the mirror I thought my brows weren't dark enough. I typically like to get them darker so they'll last longer BUT as I was at the register, I viewed their price list. They have unlimited threading and tinting packages! Woohoo! So perfect for me! I didn't buy one today but I definitely plan to do so. With an unlimited deal, I'll no longer have to stretch my tintings between visits. I can just return for re-dos. Also, the place is clean, calm, and quiet. Glad I stopped by today and I look forward to returning . Also, glad I didn't read the reviews before stopping in. Wow! They're all so horrible but they're also pretty old so I'm glad I'm able to leave this fresh new 5 star review for them.
