BILLY, the owner at RES, is the very best. After Hurricane Beryl, when power was finally restored, our two a/c’s, dryer, and oven did not cool/ heat properly. My husband, Steve, called Billy and he methodically gave him instructions on how to restore power to everything listed above! He stayed with him on the phone throughout the whole process, and made sure it was all done correctly. He charged us nothing and said he was not the sort to take advantage of people in dire circumstances. What a blessing this man is!
