Exceptional customer service. I received same day service, and a honest and professional assessment of my issues. My ac was back up and running in just a few hours of my initial call. I highly recommend giving them a call if your ac is acting up.
Samer is the kindest and wisest person to ever fix anything in any house that I have ever lived in. His prices were much lower than the competition, his work was much, much better than anyone I have even heard of, and his expertise was downright amazing. He is much more than an AC repair person. He is more like an AC expert consultant. In a market where many people charge you a hefty fee just to come see what your problem is, only to give you surprisingly bad and even unethical advice, Samer came and gave his assessment of our problem for free, and that assessment--and his advice--was worth a fortune to me. We needed a new HVAC system several weeks ago and we could not be more pleased with the product and service we received from Refined Air Cooling and Heating. Samer came out first and made every effort to repair our old system. When it became clear that was not possible, he explained our options and helped us to make an informed decision on a new one.
As soon as we were ready, Tony and his crew came and installed the new one. They were very courteous, efficient and did an outstanding job in an attic with some serious July heat.
