Karina Zuniga was who helped me . Her customer service was overall excellent! I work in personal loans and customer service and I am HUGE on it . She was very attentive and assisted me for my first time getting a loan with this company. She offered me many different options on loan amounts and was very happy to tell me about each insurance the company has to offer . I have other One Mains closer to me but would prefer to drive the extra miles to get this kind of customer service each time !! Thank you Karina . I would recommend this place for a credit consolidation loan! Roxanne helped me from start to finish and answered every question I had. She was always available and called me back if I left a message. She even got my interest rate lower than what she said it would be! I gave her my information and she pulled up all my credit cards and balances. She figured it all out for me and showed me all the numbers… All I had to do was say yes or no but I couldn’t say no!!! I got $20,000 dollars deposited into my account fast and I paid off all my debts credit cards, car loan, furniture loans and everything else. My credit score shot up!!!! They are fast to work with and will be there for you. Your credit, no worries, they are here to help. Mine wasn't the best at one time and they did not hesitate to help me. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!
