Kenn's Plumbing Inc. provides excellent customer service and quality installation. They respond promptly to plumbing issues, such as pipe repairs and toilet replacements. Technicians are professional and personable. Billing issues are handled efficiently and effectively. They offer a range of services, including plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations. Customer experience is exceptional, with friendly and knowledgeable staff, such as Tonya, Josh, and Matthew, who schedule appointments and make repairs.
Had a couple of different technicians come out to my home for different repairs. Paul was really great and went out of his way to explain everything and give an estimate on a separate faucet replacement. Matthew came a different day and installed the faucet did a great job. Had to reschedule appointments a couple of times waiting on some material and Tawnya in the office was really understanding and helpful she kept me informed on their availability. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Keep up the good work!
Kenneth Jr. did an excellent job! I had a leak on the inbound water supply to the house. Arrived on time, fixed the problem and recommended replacing a valve too. Glad I took his advice as the old part was beginning to fail. When the work was done it looked great/professional. Thank you Kenn's Plumbing!
Due to holidays it’s been slow to get a response for a non-emergency call, but Kenn’s Plumbing sure did. Tonya simply stated “We work and on the weekends”. This was a real breath of fresh air and thank you! Look forward to our schedule appointment!
