I had an AMAZING experience with Michelle. Dr Chen was pretty great too! But Michelle went above and beyond to make my children and myself feel welcomed, valued, comfortable, and overall loved. That’s pretty hard to do at a dentist office! Especially as I’m autistic. But she offered no judgement, needed no explanation and gave no shame. After that visit, I don’t think I’ll be going to any other place for my dental needs as long as I have them as an option. You have a patient for life!
Dr. Cheng is the FIRST dentist I have ever encountered that doesn't default to the most expensive repair!!!! He actually listened to my proposals and then incorporated them into his thinking, using his knowledge to finalize the repair!!
Thank yall for doing the Deep Cleaning.
-Never fun at dentist office with your mouth and pains during and after but everyone of of yall were kind and considerate as you can be before and during and after the deep cleaning when doing all the work.
-Teeth feel smoother after this was done on the one side.
-The numbing and anesthesia stuff is no fun and feels weird and takes time to wear off in mouth and tongue and throat even after the next day. Be ready if never done it.
