I always enjoyed my visits with Dr Spuhler herself, no problems whatsoever, but the way this care practice conducts business is incredibly unreasonable. It has taken a week or more to fill routine prescriptions on a regular basis, and now I get called twice about the same lab results the second call they tell me "oh actually you failed your urine screen"... Excuse me? I have been sober of EVERYTHING, even alcohol, for a long time. I took a high sensitive home test (3 times). 3 completely negative results. 1st they do not answer the phone, 2nd they are very rude and unprofessional, This morning, Monday 5/8/2023 I wake up not feeling well, I called to be seen by my dr, someone answer the phone with very rude and unprofessional way saying she does not have an appointment for me and raise her voice on me, put me on hold and disconnect me before I called again and then put me on hold for long time, I am in shock and disbelief from the way I have been treated.

Absolutely awful! Never answer their phone calls after leaving various messages and pharmacy trying to reach to dr for important meds. My bloodwork results were never given to me and access to their electronic system for results after repeated phone calls was never given. Dr. Was exceptionally rude and cold as ice. She didn’t seem to care about my concerns and was just wanting to do blood work first before hearing out why I was even there in the first place. Currently trying to find another PCP.
