I have decided to go elsewhere. The staff is never friendly. They seem so unhappy. In addition to unfriendly staff, their wait times are horrible. You make an appointment for 9:00 but don't get called back until 9:45 and get seen at 10:20 then don't leave until almost 11:00. This unacceptable. They always say they're busy. Okay, you're busy. Hire more staff or stop taking so many appointments. People can't sit there all day when they have an "appointment " at a specific time. They charge if you don't keep your appointment but they NEVER keep the appointment. They just make you sit and wait. I have changed doctors. I'm done with this place

I always enjoyed my visits with Dr Spuhler herself, no problems whatsoever, but the way this care practice conducts business is incredibly unreasonable. It has taken a week or more to fill routine prescriptions on a regular basis, and now I get called twice about the same lab results the second call they tell me "oh actually you failed your urine screen"... Excuse me? I have been sober of EVERYTHING, even alcohol, for a long time. I took a high sensitive home test (3 times). 3 completely negative results. They tell me I have to take the test again before my prescription is filled and it will be 65$. I'm thinking of... False positives happen, it's annoying but I'll deal...read full review

1st they do not answer the phone, 2nd they are very rude and unprofessional, This morning, Monday 5/8/2023 I wake up not feeling well, I called to be seen by my dr, someone answer the phone with very rude and unprofessional way saying she does not have an appointment for me and raise her voice on me, put me on hold and disconnect me before I called again and then put me on hold for long time, I am in shock and disbelief from the way I have been treated.
