Raul and crew did a fantastic job with my air conditioning! They took their time to complete the job properly and made sure to thoroughly clean up when done. Would definitely recommend!!!
AC broke and needed it checked and fixed ASAP in this heat. Was able to get checked on a Sunday when everywhere else was closed. Everyone who came by was professional and patient in showing me the issues and options. Jacob, Jadin, Willie (sp?) , and Robbie (sp?) were all fantastic! Didn't rush through the job, didn't brush away my questions, thorough job! My only issue was the lack of communication from the office when scheduling got pushed back, as happens sometimes. Otherwise, A+.
Choose this company. Stick with this company. I had a really bad experience with another company that installed a brand new system last year. From day one the air conditioner never maintained temperature in the house. The temperature would rise in the afternoon and take hours to cool. After numerous complaints and service calls, I decided out of desperation to call Clear the Air. Jacob Fletcher responded to the call. He immediately identified the problem, an undersized unit, and proposed solutions to them. In the end I ended up getting a new unit. The installation, supervised by Raul Gonzales, went perfectly.
