All in the office are very personable, professional & friendly. I have been at least 8 times in the past two years and have had no issues whatsoever. Dr. Paulina Vu is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure my elderly mother understands all information and procedures. The office has never been anything but spotless. Surely the reviews mentioning this have this office confused with another.

I thought Dr. Vu and her staff were very professional and nice. I was even called and offered a different appt time so I would not have to wait due to Dr. Vu having surgery before my appt. She spent a good deal of time with me since this was my first visit. I went in for a rash and she ended up doing a full skin exam too. She was professional and pleasant and even gave me a couple refills on the prescriptions she wrote. I have nothing bad to say about my appt.

The office was nice and the staff was ok too. The 60$ copay got me about 7 minutes of the drs time & as a new patient, it was very rushed. I felt like it was a waste of money and time as nothing was accomplished in the visit either.
