So.... I took me and my wife to Bergamos for our 9th anniversary. We each did the sensory or sensual full body massage for an hour, the body scrub shower, facial, body detox and salt cave. My wife and I enjoyed everything but our favorites were the body scrub shower and the sensual massage, with the body scrub being something everyone should experience. I also enjoyed the body detox. I personally could have done without the salt cave but it is very effective especially if you are congested or have asthma. The staff are very courteous. Hailey, Siri, and Summer helped me. Massage was good, loved the sauna and wished they had the steam room open but I guess they're changing it to be something else. The facilities are really clean, decorated well, and the women's changing room was gorgeous. Definitely would go back!
Strongly recommend the facial! I was pleasantly surprised at how revived I looked and felt after the treatment. I was also surprised, however, that the website still advertises a Sauna/Steamroom and yet neither will not, from what a staff member told me, be operational for another year. I think deleting advertising of this amenity from your site would be helpful since it diminishes the experience of the customer when they are continually told that an amenity is not in service.
