Ivy was very sweet and accommodating and she did her best to advise us with questions we had. She was very busy so we did have to wait for call backs and follow ups but once we got the ball rolling we got our money back very fast. She was super professional and gave us copies of our return that looked stellar. She was great working with our hectic schedule and we feel happy with the results. Her fees are fair.
