Asked the owner of The Flower Pail if I could purchase a small custom flower arrangement made by the following day for a gift, 24 hrs later I was handed perfection! Excellent customer service, gorgeous flower arrangement.

I've received flowers several times from The Flower Pail. They are always beautiful and fresh. Their sense of design is a perfect match for me. Our son in Frisco called to order Mother's Day flowers and they were delivered perfect. Fresh and look as though picked from the garden with a bit of English garden charm, just my style...not stiff, staged and rigid as you often find. Delivery called ahead and was prompt and super friendly. Past arrangements were equally as beautiful and lasted well, 7 day min. Even during flower shortage arrangement was not shorted. Lillies, tulips, roses, hydrangeas were all very fresh and pretty!

I called The Flower Pail from out of town for a flower delivery in Fredericksburg for my Mom's birthday. They were great to work with and I was able to place the order of flowers over the phone. They delivered on time and looked just as described over the phone. Thanks Flower Pail.
