My sister and I have a 2 story house and we don't agree on the same temperature settings. I called 72 Degrees as we have used them in them in the past. They immediately came out and looked our house over and gave me 3 options, which I took the 3rd option, to get a Mitsubishi Unit installed in my bedroom.WOW! What a difference. The men came out and in 1.5 days my life was changed. I now can have any temperature I want and it is completely silent!! The men did a great job and I am completely satisfied with the work they did. They were so professional and cleaned up my bedroom after they were finished. I am so happy!
My MIL had an AC unit that stopped working over Labor Day weekend. I called on Sunday evening...the technician was there on Monday to remedy the issue. We are very grateful for their fast response and service.
Robert was very thorough in his A/C check and explained the condition of the system clearly. He was very frank in his analysis of the probable remaining life of the system and what the need to be aware in any changes. Very courteous and neat.
