Michael came out to do a home inspection for the first house we wanted to purchase (my wife and I). He was very detailed, responsive, and informative. Great option when it comes to inspecting homes for purchasing. The thermal imaging and zip leveling is very useful. They’re open in communicating exactly what they see and their opinions, giving a buyer the ability to see a bigger picture. Also very receptive to receiving questions long after an inspection has been conducted. Recommended.
