Staff was very professional and polite. No complaints as far as interactions with them. However, the services were a bit lackluster. One bedroom had a couple of faint, small (quarter size) stains, and those remained unchanged. The main bedroom with the most traffic didn’t really look much different. No attempt was made to rejuvenate the carpet. I was able to take a cloth (after they “cleaned” it) and made more of a difference than they did. I guess I just expect a carpet cleaning service to make a little bit more of an effort than a quick single swipe over each area.
