I think one star is too much. Had an apt lined up for 1100 today. He was an hour late and when he finally arrived at noon he had nothing prepared for me at all, which we had agreed that he would. The agreement was made two months ago. We go in the studio and it’s an absolute wreck and so is he. Looked like he’d been strung out for a month. He would most certainly fail a health inspection. From what I can find, this guy is/was a good artist and at one time had himself squared away but I can testify that this is no longer the case. Don’t even bother getting in touch with him. It’s an absolute waste of time. Pretty sure he was high on somethin and it wasn’t weed. Honestly, his “studio” was destroyed. Trash was everywhere, the floor was disgusting, I cannot express to you accurately how insane it was. I was shocked. I’m still shocked. I wish I would’ve taken pictures of it. I cannot say enough negative things about this experience. Very disappointed. Even if he had prepared a design for me, I don’t think I would’ve been comfortable getting inked in that environment. I am no prude, btw, I’m a former marine who currently works in the oilfield. Dirty doesn’t bother me. But when it comes to tattooing, that’s a different story. If you’re thinking about using this guy, trust me, find another artist. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
