I am so thankful for Visionworks as my vision provider. I was traveling and left my contacts at home. Checked my bag for my glasses and they were empty. To say I was shocked is putting it very mildly. The providers at this location went above and to provide me with trial contacts until I made it home. I will never use any other company! Thank you So much Visionworks for providing exemplary customer service at all your locations!

Connor, greeted me before the door, even shut that is awesome. I’m sure no one needed to be done, then he showed me the showcase of frames, and his suggestion was five star plus. I’m happy with what I have. He said a week and it was less than a week to get them. And they didn’t have to do any adjustments. It fit perfectly. To the moon and back. Thank you to all of you in the Green Oak Road Visionworks..?

My daughter and I recently went in as "firstimers" for frames and lenses at this location. Connor was very knowledgeable and friendly, and answered all of our questions with ease. I will be switching my entire family to VisionWorks, despite being with a different major provider for over a decade. Very impressed with how quick the turnaround was.
