It is a sad commentary that excellent physicians at this facility get a less than favorable review because of the front office and the people that answer the phone. Even though the clinic transitioned from a call center to an on site answering, communications have not improved one bit. I love my doctor but HATE CALLING THE OFFICE. Very disappointing!

If a doctor or clinical staff here asks to schedule a phone appointment or tells you that they will give you a callback, immediately requests copies of your information and test results and go to a new doctor. They will not call you.

If you try to call the office about this, you will wait on hold for 20+ minutes just for someone to tell you that they maybe might call you sometime in the next few days.

Bad medicine! In addition to being essentially non-responsive to requests for appointments/prescription renewals, they are just not bothering to inform patients that they are going out of business (specialist are already gone). The web-based patient charts/results just simply disappeared without warning! Who does business this way?! Shame on them!
