We took the 9:45 am therapeutic yoga class while we were in town for the eclipse and it was so relaxing and incredibly good for my back and neck pain. The instructor was so friendly and she chatted with us for a while after class. We would definitely come back to a class here if we are in the area!

THE absolutely BEST studio in Fort Worth in my humble opinion. All the instructors are well trained and always teach with awareness of the varied needs of everyone within the class. Amy, the owner and barre instructor is wonderful, always welcoming, inspiring, classes change every single time which I love and appreciate, all the yoga teachers that I have had are also terrific, Megan, Dustin, Katie,Emily, Gina, Lou…..I highly recommend this studio you just can’t go wrong no matter who is teaching the class!!?❤️

I was so so happy to find a yoga studio within walking distance of my Airbnb. To have it be THIS yoga studio was the beauty of the Universe. I did not have a bad class here. Every instructor puts their heart and soul into their respective classes and I cannot recommend this place enough. I wish I could box them all up and take them with me on my next adventure.If you’re a local or staying a month, do the monthly pass. It’s such a deal for what you get access to!!!To the instructors, THANK YOU for all being a huge part of my healing journey!
