Duane & Dennis went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of before they left our home today. During their visit, they went out of their way to fully investigate the problems and check the entire system, do preventative maintenance and gave me a list of needed repairs/deficiencies they found in my system, allowing me to make decisions having all necessary information. Not once did I feel that the most expensive option was the only option available to me. I felt and think their focus was on taking care of my family. What a nice surprise in today’s world. THANK Y’ALL for being a light in this world!! Y’all have a customer for life

NOT ONLY ARE THEY EXCELLENT AT THEIR JOB, BUT I RECENTLY LOST MY HUSBAND OF 38 YEARS, THE COMPASSION THAT HAS BEEN SHOWN TO ME TELLS YOU THERE IS MORE TO THIS COMPANY THAN JUST THESE YOUNG MEN WORKING FOR RICKY. I RECOMMEND DANNY, HE IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES AND HIS CONCERN IS MORE THAN JUST AN EMPLOYEE HE GENUINELY CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. HIS WORK HAS ALWAYS BEEN SECOND TO NONE. HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING AND HE IS EFFICIENT AT IT. FINDING THE PROBLEM AND REPAIRING IT QUICKLY AND COMPLETELY. TOGETHER, GREG AND I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS BECOMING FRIENDS WITH THEM SO NOW I FEEL I HAVE SOMEONE I CAN TRUST WHEN I NEED HELP WITH THE HEATING AND AC.
