Ralph only has 5 star ratings for a reason, his service was nothing short of perfect! I was under contract with a 4 day option period for a place, so was in a time crunch to get the place inspected. I called three inspectors that either didn’t pick up the phone or couldn’t get me in before the end of my option period. After I finally secured an inspector, they cancelled on me 2 hrs after I paid in full for the service (absolutely do not recommend Inspection House) and could only pathetically offer inspections after my option period was over (something I clearly communicated several times beforehand).
