We were able to meet with Roger on Sunday (they’re closed on the weekend) and he took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us (this was our first time dealing with something like this). The compassion and kindness is what I appreciate most. There was no pressure about money up front and the day of service was exactly what we expected. They were even willing and able to make special accommodations for our 2 month old granddaughter. Although I didn’t like meeting them under the circumstances (we lost our 22 year old daughter) I highly recommend Thompson’s Harveson and Cole.

It’s bad enough losing a loved one but then having to worry about the cost and planning makes it that much worse. Martin Thompson made us feel like family. He stepped up when our priest didn’t show and performed a beautiful service. He was very professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend using Thompson’s.
