I've had only great experiences with Dr. Cichocki. He's approachable, always makes sure to answer all my questions, and he's just really good at his job. The first time he saw my dog, it was for an atypical condition my general vet had never seen before. The second time, I took my dog to an animal hospital first, because her eye became swollen one weekend. The hospital examined her, ruled out a few things, and gave me a medication...but they couldn't really explain what happened. So, Dr. Cichocki's staff squeezed my dog in for an appointment on Monday. I'm so glad I decided to take her in for an exam. Dr. Cichocki explained a couple of different things that were happening AND removed a small foreign object he found on my dog's cornea! She's doing a lot better now. He's a very thorough and knowledgeable vet, and (as others have said) his staff is also amazing. I have to add that I was impressed by their COVID-19 precautions, and the fact that the "curbside service" didn't take away from my experience. The Dr. actually walked out to my car to show me the object he removed. He handed me my dog's new medication and answered my questions in the parking lot. Hey, you gotta do what you gotta do in 2020, right? The effort was definitely appreciated and it made a potentially stressful situation so much better. 5 stars!
