I'm very pleased with the service that was provided by the entire team . Steven was very helpful and explained everything every step of the way. Geoffrey was was quick and very thorough when doing the repairs on my HVAC system . They will be my go-to for HVAC needs in the future . Thank you guys !
Team Enoch was great! They responded to my request to fix my AC that wasn't blowing cold air after hours and were able to send out a technician the next day! I wasn't home but they walked me through the problem and repair over the phone. It was a capacitor that went out. They even had the part on hand and was able to replace it there. Then the tech even gave me advice on how to maintain my AC system better to improve the longevity of the parts. (Wash the outside of the condenser because dirt and dust builds up which causes the capacitor to work extra hard and burnout) Edit: the technician's name was Adrian!
Team Enoch is a top-notch AC company. James visited my home and complete a review of my newly installed dual system. I refused to have the AC company back to my house Royal Air that installed the systems. This was because of the dozens of bad reviews 1.6 on Yelp. Jame was very professional and honest in their assessment. Their service charge was half what Royal Air was going to charge. It hard to find a company these days that will be honest and have the respect to the customer they are serving. I will be signing up for their yearly package on preventive maintenance.
