Wonderful company! Called first this morning and got an appointment same day. Customer service representatives were extremely polite and professional. Technician Raphael showed up on time and was very informative and walked me through his inspection process and discussed the issues found and provided a resolution. I felt their quote was very reasonable and they were able to repair same day. I even signed up for their annual membership because I was so impressed. I will refer them to anyone who needs their assistance in the future! Thank you!

Great customer service. Rafael was completely professional and knowledgeable. He performed the service on our Strickland-installed unit and a second older unit quickly and with minimal mess and fuss. I recommend Strickland Heating and Air to anyone who needs AC service or installation.
