Fantastic place! Valerie is an amazing instructor. Small group classes really gives the instructors an opportunity to truly help you. Everyone is very friendly and a variety of types of Pilate classes to take. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to get back into working out but intimidated by large classes or big gyms. Pilates VIP in Keller is the place to go!

Three years ago, I found VIP Pilates when my daughter was taking classes at Dana’s Studio of Dance. VIP Pilates was just opening at the time, so I was one of the first clients and have been there ever since! I have never been particularly athletic and always had trouble finding a work-out routine I can stick with. Well, Pilates became my workout! Valerie meets you at your level, and even in a group class manages to work with you individually to make sure you are getting the most out of your workout. This is not a corporate-owned gym. Rather, it is a small family-owned studio. The owner gave good attention, was patient and recognized that people come in with varying levels of physical fitness. I would return to this place because it offered a good Pilates intro.
