She is extremely knowledgable and gave me more time than I could have imagined with my 19 year old cat. Everyone in that office is kind, compassionate, and wonderful. “Coco had the pleasure of working with Sam and I am so pleased with Coco’s progress as a 6 month old puppy. Her ability to follow commands outside (and in new places) was extremely hard for Coco due to the many distractions that come in these different types of environments. Sam helped my sweet Coco girl with this tremendously! Our walks outside and play sessions in open fields are a dream! I can confidently have her off leash without having to worry about her running after something. And Coco loves Sam! He sent several videos with thorough explanations on how to practice each command. Every time I watch them, Coco gets so excited to hear his voice. This was hard for me to leave my sweet girl for 2 weeks but Sam was so good with her and I knew she was in great hands! You won’t be disappointed!“

“I highly recommend Rickords Animal Hospital and Dr. Roller. We brought our 9 year old chihuahua in for a routine exam and to be seen about getting a dental. We briefly saw Dr. Bauer for that. After his bloodwork, we learned that he had kidney disease and needed to be hospitalized. Dr. Roller and her team took care of our pup throughout the weekend and kept us updated at all times. Even though our pup took a turn for the worst, Dr. Roller explained all of our options to us. Even when we did decide euthanasia would be the best option because of his quality of life, Dr. Roller and her team made sure our pup and us were comfortable during the whole thing. They let us have all the time we needed with him to say our goodbyes. We truly do appreciate everything that Dr. Roller and the Rickords staff did for us during this very hard time.“

“I was coming on here to write my review and was shocked when I saw a recent one about a high energy dog.
My experience with Dogs Rule Resort was nothing short of perfect, so when I read a recent review of a customer with a very very similar situation as me (spooky even) I was floored that they had the audacity to leave such a nasty review.
Then it occurred to me to read all of the negative reviews with a grain of salt, and remember that this is just one side of the story.
I have a high energy dog and he was boarded for 5 days. I understand, like most high energy dog owners, that sometimes they can be a handful. And sometimes, depending on the breed, they might not be a good fit to play with other dogs. Some herding dogs will herd dogs instead of play. And it’s not their fault, it’s what their made to do. So when I got a call saying my boy was playing a little too rough and would be getting put in time out, I understood that it wasn’t out of malicious intent. It was to keep everyone safe. Don’t get me wrong, I was a little upset because Jake doesn’t usually act like that around me. But just like kids, dogs behave differently in a new/ different environment and differently around different people. I also tuned into the webcams and saw his naughty behavior, and give huge props to the person handling him and the situation. They were very quick and responsive. As a result of this incident, Jakey got a scratch on his leg. The staff notified me and added it to their to-do list to clean it twice a day.
Dogs are dogs and accidents happen! They’re like kids with sharper teeth and who aren’t afraid to use them ?
Overall the stay was great and Jake was definitely ready for a nap after pick up! It’s not a surprise since he was playing for about 8-10 hours everyday. When do dogs ever run around that much? Even high energy working dogs have breaks throughout the day. The mental stimulation alone is enough to make any dog sleep good after just 8 hours.
I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a place to board, daycare or for grooming.
If any of the staff ever reads this, know you are doing a great job and don’t let some guy tell you otherwise. Some people severely lack common sense, but you guys are doing an amazing job. I wouldn’t leave my fur baby with anyone else!“

“Staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean and it doesn't smell like a pet hospital. Staff is very acomodating. It has a pool and grooming. Spa so cool. Im not sure if they put cucumbers on thepets eyes though...lol you've got to check it out!“

The young adults truly are genuinely compassionate and respectable at all levels... the place is clean and does not smell. And every fur baby that came out energy was high which says alot about there care....“

“I took my pet here because it was close to my house. I had good service at the time it wasn’t busy. They allow people to walk in basis which is good.
However, in the vet area it didn’t look that clean a lot of pet fur on the ground.
My pet had no fleas upon coming there. And like few days ago I noticed my pet itching more and I looked in there fur and one pet had brought home fleas to my other pet as well. Anyways so beware your pet can come back with fleas and I am treating them now. The pricing was high cost as well I called around and there was others less expensive but further away so you pay for the convenience. ?‍♀️“
