Came in today for a tan and was greeted by an employee who was super friendly but juggling a lot at once. Can't remember her name but she had long brown hair and was super thorough with everyone. The lobby was full of people waiting for beds as the store was busy. That employee appeared to be the only one working but as I was waiting for my bed I saw another employee come from the back grab something then disappear. The front desk employee was literally running around the store cleaning beds and checking people in without any help. I had a great experience with the employee I spoke with but feel bad as she deserved more help. I will be returning to this location... read full review

I love this location, my only complaint is I would like to see then go back to pre-covid hours… it would be so nice if they stayed open till 9 pm like other locations…. Other than that it’s a great location and I’d like to visit more with the extended hours that better work around my schedule. Some of the best staff you’ll ever meet there.

The location that was super close to me closed last year, and this north Ft Worth location is now the closest. I signed up today, but due to time constraints, I won't start actually tanning until tomorrow.This location seemed pleasant and clean, and the young woman who waited on me was also pleasant. After I tan there tomorrow, I'll post an update about the actual experience.6/24/22 UPDATEI haven't tanned in over a.year, so I was overjoyed to discover that the tanning beds that I use now have fan vents in the top. I used to hate getting so hot after 20.mins under the lights! Genius idea! Also, the beds were definitely larger - great news for the claustrophobic,... read full review
