Kim Dr Hodgeson assistant is such a caring person. She always responds quickly and ready to help in any way possible. She has been a lifesaver for me personally dealing with my husbands illness and condition. She is one in a million!!

After waiting over an hour, I was ushered into the room after some vitals were taken. The nurse practitioner then came in, and was probably up there in the top ten rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. She didn’t listen, cut me off and when I tried to ask her a few questions she told me “that’s not why you are here, but go ahead you’re my last patient.” I was a first time patient. Obviously, I won’t be back. She should probably pick a different field because she has 0 people skills or the compassion needed to be in the medical industry. I made a call to talk to my doctor about anxiety mets because I was trying to tough it out For 6 months After a recent hospital visit, they inform me that I need a different meds. I called politely ask when I could schedule an appointment. They set me over to another doctor assistant. And I told them my situation after a brief calm Conversation I was told to wait to speak to the doctor cause he was going on vacation.When I spoke to the doctor he was very rude.
