When I put my "plea for help" out on my neighborhood Next Door app, Matthew Mimm's name kept appearing by other past and pleased customers. I had used Matt only 6 months prior when one of my 3 AC's went out, but this was my way of shopping his prices. My house has been on the market for over a year, I'm newly divorced, paying bills on this house as well as my own apartment... and living 45 min away.
