First time I received a haircut today from Kike. The booking process was super easy, and I received follow-ups on my phone which allowed me to modify or cancel my upcoming appointment. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by Kike, who was welcoming and extremely friendly. I was nervous to be honest, because I had never been there before and I recently had a bad haircut from an owner of another salon. Kike made me feel super comfortable as we went over the style I wanted.
