We wanted to give a big shout out and strong recommendation for Michael, "The Tall Roofer" at M&D Roofing and Construction!! We were recently in the process of selling our home and a couple of questions came up concerning our previously installed M&D Roof. I contacted Michael and in a matter of no time at all, Michael came out to the house to visually inspect it and responded with all of the answers to satisfy the various questions. In addition, Michael provided actual pictures of the previous roof work. The pictures clearly documented all of the roof work, to include; "Before, During and After" pictures. A picture(s) was worth a thousand words. In addition, Michael also quickly responded providing the potential home buyer with the necessary Class 4 certificate and documentation for insurance purposes.
