Received a mani (dip) and pedi! While there, the service was decent. The lady doing my feet did not talk at all but the young lady who did my manicure was very friendly. Unfortunately, my pedicure literally only lasted a few days (not sure which brand of polish she used but it was no good). My mani was the opposite . I wanted gel but I liked the techs nails so I got the dip she had on and it came out really nice! I was able to push my manicure out a month which was excellent, HOWEVER…they ended up using MMA products on my nails. I’ve literally never seen anything like it before. It was an absolute mess to remove! And my nails felt brittle after! Super disappointing... read full review
Requested style: Anytime I request a style with Alice she always masters the design. She knows just how I like my color, the nude has to be the right color and my nail has to be a little thicker thann normal. She also has great customer service. I do not like having to get my nails done every 2 weeks when they grow slow however, I don't want to be back every week because they break. Great salon.
Cleanliness: LUXX NAILS is very clean, even the bathrooms.
