I have no experience with their dry cleaning, but I am in awe of the customer service of Beth. I lost my AirPods at the Thompson in Dallas, and then they turned up at Gunn’s dry cleaning. Beth sprinted to save the AirPods from the laundry, and then spent multiple days and phone calls arranging them to get back to the Thompson, and ultimately me, safely.

I cannot believe the lengths Beth went through to get these back to me. Incredible. Absolutely astonishing service and care.

Had hopes of getting a few pieces dry cleaned this morning. I was told they wouldn’t be ready until noon, I’ve had them done before in the morning here at Gunns and they were ready at 10am. I don’t know what the difference is this time around. I pay extra for them to be rushed , don’t know what’s different this time? I live down there street and thought it would be the same as the previous times I’ve went. Great work just a bit inconvenient this morning, assuming because I called instead of driving up to the store.

This is a very good cleaners. They dry clean and do work on premise. The hours, open at 7 until 6 weekdays is great for dropping and picking up before or after work. Drop off shirts for cleaning in the morning, ready by 4:00. I have had very friendly service and am pleased with everything they do. Open an account for quick drop off and pickup. I have not had any issues and would highly recommend them for shirts, suits and pants. Clearly the have a large industrial business but it does not impact their retail business. They even added some buttons for me.
