Thank goodness for Mary Hill! She has kept me moving for many years...I'm not as fast or flexible, but that's just my aging body! She is patient and very knowledgeable. At 77, I am able to snow ski, kayak, hike and bike, camp out, and still play golf! She is wonderful!
