My maintenance light cam on. I decided to get the oil changed. It took about 20 minutes. I was in-n-out with no problems. I love the Jiffy team. Things are explained efficiently! No question is a dumb question.

This morning I went to this location that's in my neighborhood that I've did business with in the past,and it was the most HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE that I've encountered. The counter person was unconcerned, not knowledgeable, and had a very distasteful attitude. He explained to me that this location did not have conventional oil,and that he could do a tire rotation but that there wasn't a mechanic on duty for the entire day. What kind of auto service establishment that offers "MECHANICAL SERVICES" doesn't have a,"MECHANIC" on duty? I would suggest that whomever is managing this location, have knowledgeable personnel... read full review
