I had to grab an electric fuse for my breaker box, my husband sent me as he was working on something. It took 5 customers, and 4 employees to find it and still got the wrong fuse. When I had part number and pictures of it, I feel like employees should be more helpful

I want to give a shout out to Todd in Lumber at the store at Basswood and 35. I went into Home Depot and told the first employee I saw that I knew nothing about wood but needed to replace what I'd brought in due to water damage. Then she asked me what type of wood it was. Huh? Anyhow, Todd in lumber looked at my wood, recommended a replacement and then cut It to spec for me. He took the old nails out and sent me on my way. I wish all employees went the extra mile like Todd did. thank you !!
