“My brother and I wanted to share with you how much your amazing team helped us during our father's covid illness a few weeks ago. Sakina has been our dads only caregiver since he moved in over 3 years ago! We are grateful she has stayed assigned to dad since we lost mom 2 years ago. Sakina is like family to us, always professional, respectful and compassionate.
Our father, age 92, lives at the Vantage in independent living and is blind. We are incredibly grateful for the way Tiasha, Sakina and Cherae, went into action when dad was so sick with covid. Sakina was quick to alert us that he was not doing well and was attentive to the seriousness of his condition. Tasha made sure we had what we needed, Cherae was quick to get dads meds ready....I could go on and on. The weekend ladies, Denisha and Aerial were just as amazing! We could not have done all this without everyone's help with dad getting the much needed attention and care. Their skills and compassion gave us great peace and comfort knowing he was being checked on and meds administered. Daily we were informed of his vitals and how he was recovering. Because of his care, he recovered and is doing very well!
