My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with Heritage Land Bank. Emma Caron (our lending officer) with HLB was incredibly helpful throughout the process of purchasing 12 plus acres of raw land (our dream land). She patiently answered all of our questions and made what I thought was going to be a tedious process surprisingly easy and less stressful. She was easy to work with and made sure we understood our loan options and everything involved in the purchase. This was our first purchase with Heritage but 7th real estate purchase overall and by far the easiest of them all. I highly recommend Heritage Land Bank and Emma Caron!
