I got glasses for the first time and I got trifocals I have no idea how to use these glasses I've tried for a couple of months now and can't do it I've been trying to reach this Optical place over the phone and I get a busy signal who has a busy signal anymore then I come here today it says on Google that they're open their hours until 4:30 it is currently 3:30 and it's closed there's no sign on the door this is extremely frustrating as this was my only day off this week and now I have to wait a whole other week until I get in and hopefully they'll be open at that time

I had order my contacts from this company back in April. At first they told me they didn’t know what type of material to use for my contacts. I told them I have never had a problem with getting contacts from any other company. That went on for three week. In May they claim that they can call another company which had made my contacts before. I told them to give me my prescription and I will take it to them myself. They claim that they couldn’t do that, so in June they called and told me my contacts were ready, but I would have to make an appointment to be fitted for them. Went in to get contacts for my dad. Got charge for a pair and only got one contact for one eye. Then they had the nerve to sell him the other contact. so one pair of contact was over $400.I think they’re there just to rip out our seniors.????
