I recently took the 3 wk refresher course. It was very helpful to get me back on track.. I was reminded of many things that I had forgotten and need to do to help make me more healthy.
I have tried many different diet programs over the years, and HLS is the only one that has truly worked for me, with consistent results. I like that it's not just a weight loss program--it's a get healthy program. You learn so much about what you should be eating through their curriculum, as well as the science behind it. (And they don't "sugar coat" things--sometimes it's a bit of tough love!) I love that you eat "normal" food (fresh not processed) that you purchase from the grocery store, vs having to buy prepackaged meals as with other programs. I get to eat foods that I like, and know the correct amounts that are appropriate for me to lose, or maintain my weight....read full review
