I'm grateful for the quality of care & service I received front to back. Miguel was excellent & made sure everything our large rugs were removed with care & placed back in perfect orientation after being restored what appears to be as close to factory new as I could hope.
Miquel did a great job of cleaning our rug. Then he was kind enough to move our couches and help us position them after the rug was in place. He is excellent at his craft and very pleasant with his customers. We highly recommend him.
My wife found Kites while search for a company to clean out area rug in the family room. After a year of the dog sleeping on it, a new kitten and general use the rug had become dirty a matted. They did an excellent job of cleaning the rug and restoring the pile back to close to original. I am really impressed with overall job. They picked up the rug and delivered it. Staff is very polite and courteous. We will be using them again for future needs.
