“About a year ago, we got new floors installed (twice) with a big name flooring company and it was a disaster from the start. I came across NTX on google and they came out and gave us a quote. He brought samples that matched our current LVP perfectly, helped us chose a type of flooring that worked best for us, and after measuring was able to give us our quote right then. “Gonzo and his company did an amazing job remodeling pretty much my entire house. My kitchen cabinets were falling apart, the house felt dark and unappealing, windows wouldn't open, etc... I called Gonzo and told him my wish list which included cabinets, windows, floors, paint, new doors, install a sliding door, fix my deck, and a few other things. I explained I didn't think I could afford all of it and asked for an estimate for each things so I could pick and choose. Gonzo did that for me even though I'm sure it took additional time. He worked with me to get the most out of my budget. In the kitchen they removed all the old cabinets and counters. It had an ugly built in oven that made the kitchen look more cramped. Gonzo removed and added an extra 3 feet of counter space. The new cabinets and counters looked great. He even added a pretty shelf above the sink which opened up the kitchen even more. They had to fix a lot of old plumbing for me too which was reasonably priced and didn't slow them down. In the dining room they added a sliding glass door which really opens up the whole house. It is bright and looks so nice. The deck outside was rotting. They rebuilt it and made it larger so that it went with the new sliding door. It came out beautiful. His team also replaced the flooring in the house, replaced doors, painted the house, replaced all the windows, fixed plumbing in the bathroom, refinished the bathroom, added a garbage disposal, fixed the floor that was sagging in the laundry room, and many other things. I am convinced there is nothing they can't do. All this was done faster than promised and never over the budget we talked about. They provided options for the surprises that came up during the remodel to help me stay on track with cost. Great experience and they will always be my first call when I need repairs or updates at my house!“

I called this location Fort worth TX and Rick H. went the extra miles to help ship 4'x5' board for me in California something his company does not usually do, and he did the ordering on phone for me, something they do not do because there was no way to place order on that board do to shipping issues. We called them for an estimate and they came out the next day and brought samples, measured our whole downstairs floor and explained the whole process to us. This is our first time doing anything like this as first time homeowners so we had a lot of questions and switched up our plans ALOT but they were patient with us and helped us through the whole process. On the day of installation, they showed up on time with their 13 man crew and got to work. They literally had our furniture moved out, tile/ carpet ripped up and removed and whole installation done in less than 8hrs. And the floors look fantastic! Attention to detail on point!
