Morgan and Heather were amazing. I brought a kitten in that had a fish hook stuck in her leg and paw. I was doing deliveries for the Tarrant County, Food Bank and found this kitten in a neighborhood I was delivering in, the poor dear was crying for help in a creek behind a trailer park. My best friend arrived before I did to let them know what was going on. Everyone acted fast , I placed the kitten into a loving arms, not sure who she was but part of the team at this wonderful vet office, they whisked her away to safety and were able to safely remove the fish hook by clipping it. I was kind of nervous bringing my 3 month old puppy to a veterinarian. The place was very clean. It had no smell of animals. The staff were very welcoming. They offered coffee while I waited. Lauren is an excellent tech. The vet is very nice. She takes the time to answer any questions that I had. I will definitely continue to bring my puppy there.
Today was my third time visiting them, and I am beyond amazed by their service. Everyone there is so kind and patient. My sister got her pet’s health certification with them a few years ago, and they were so thorough and helpful throughout the process. That’s why I decided to come back and see them for my own pets.
Even before I walked in, they saw me carrying the pet carriers and came out to help me bring them inside, both last time and today. I had a lot of questions, and they took the time to answer every single one with patience and care.
