Love F45! I’ve been coming over 2yrs now and have never done the same workout twice. I love the variety and you can modify to any level. I’ve become leaner and stronger and am officially addicted!
F45 is the BEST gym and I've tried and I’ve tried them all! I love how much it challenges you but its easy to stay consistent with the classes. All the coaches are so motivating, encouraging, and make working out FUN! You have to join!!
Great atmosphere and challenging workouts to continue to push your limits. The environment is better than any box gym I’ve ever been to. They welcome each member like we are part of one big family and there are many events where we get together and just hang out. I’ve made a lot of great friends here and will be a member as long as I’m in Fort Worth.
