I’m officially one month, 8 sessions in. By far the best experience! I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Connor, Stephanie and Joseph. The music is still a work in progress, but the workouts have been great!Excited to continue to meet the other coaches and keeping my journey with F45 going! ??
I have truly loved F45 better than any other workout place I’ve ever tried before. if you’re truly looking to have a better healthy lifestyle and redefine your whole entire body, I recommended 1000%.
I just started, and so far I've done two workouts (Two Fold and Valor) with Joseph, and they’ve been amazing! I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in the door.You will be missed, Joseph! Lucky to be able to get my next few 5 a.m. workouts with you next week! ?
