The associates are warm and welcoming at the front desk. The wait was less than 1 minute before I was called back. My wax expert, Natalie, was personable and engaging. The waxing did not hurt one bit! I was so impressed I bought a wax pass! 10/10 recommend

Yvonne is the ultimate wax professional. Each appointment I’m greeted with a big warm smile. She makes sure I’m comfortable with each service, and her attention to detail is second to none.
